About us

Communities thriving in harmony with nature

Centre for Environmental Management and Sustainable Development — registered in Cameroon under reference G.39/SAAJP/DI4/5/1422.

Our story

The Centre for Environmental Management and Sustainable Development (CEMASUDEV) is a community-based non-profit organization committed to promoting environmental sustainability, ecosystem restoration, climate resilience, biodiversity conservation, sustainable livelihoods and community empowerment across Cameroon.

We work with local communities, traditional authorities, schools, youth groups, women associations, farmer organizations and government institutions to address environmental degradation, climate vulnerability, food insecurity, poverty and community challenges through practical, community-driven solutions.

Our integrated approach combines environmental stewardship, capacity building, livelihood improvement, environmental education and community participation to create lasting and measurable impact.
